今回は部屋の設備や条件などを伝える会話を学んでいきましょう。
Staff；Hello.Mr,Sakai. I’ve been expecting you.
Customer : Hi,nice to meet you.I’d been looking forward to today.
Staff:OK,Let’s go inside now.Customer : mmm,,,this room’s kitchen is too old. Also toilet too.
Staff; In Barcerona, this is very standard. If you need more clean kitchen and toilet, we need to move to Pedralbes area.There are a little bit away from downtown, but I guess suitable for your budget and request.Customer : I see. I want to live in a more sunny room and bigger porch.
Staff; I understand. let’s move to the next apart.

●I’ve been expecting you. これは、あなたが来るのをお待ちしていました。という意味です。“Is he expecting you?”などと疑問文の形にすると、「彼はあなたがやって来ると思っていますか？」というところから、「ご予約はありますか？」という意味で用いることも可能です。
ここで、似たような表現で、“I’ve been waiting for you.”という表現がありますが、これは、相手が遅れてきた場合に用いられる表現なので、使う場面を間違えないように注意が必要ですね。
●suitableは、“She is the most suitable person for the job.”（彼女はその仕事に最も適した人だ）や、“Is this outfit suitable for work?”（この服装は仕事にふさわしいですか？）のように、人や物、場所などが特定の目的や条件などに合致していることを表す形容詞です
