スペインでは夜ごはんよりお昼ご飯をしっかり時間をかけてたべる傾向があるそうです。そのあとはシエスタでしっかり休憩もとって（15時くらいまで）、夜はバルをはじごしたりというのが定番のようですよ♪　ちなみにレストランがランチとしてあく時間は14時から！
